Our Staff
Sonia Vosloo: She currently, owing to insufficient funds, does not draw a salary from the charity. She is the Coordinator and oversees all the activities. Her duties include raising financial support and therefore increasing our current donor base. She also helps to develop our current projects on a wide front.
Priscilla Hugo: Her chief function is to oversee, control and distribute, clothes, food and the like in Johannesburg and amongst the homeless and unemployed. She is responsible for the sorting of clothes and items donated and assists with the preparation of food.
Cebi Kubeka: She oversees the Job Creation program and is one of our gifted people who work with the children. She oversees the office admin, and is being trained to take over many of the function currently handled by Sonia.
Said Phiri: His chief function is to work with the children in relationship building. He has been trained to teach / train children to play soccer. We are investigating the possibility to run soccer clubs once a month in Eikenhof. He also assists with the distribution of food parcels, and will form part of the assessment team.
Gaye Reynolds: She came to us on the 6th February 2008 from Texas USA on a voluntary basis. (Sponsored from the USA). In Texas she was a Juvenile Parole Officer and therefore has years of hands-on experience in handling difficult children. Her chief function will be to work directly with the children and counseling them as and when needed.
Helpers: Go Siza Isizwe still relies heavily on the staff of Gospel Outreach to manage its spiritual work as well as the counseling, addiction and life skill classes. Their years of experience in handling criminals, domestic and crises situations is invaluable and this makes Go Siza Isizwe very unique.
